yeah, Native peeps might know a thing or two about that
for real though why feel a threat of being hated? maybe if people stopped being afraid of each other you could build a better society together. I grew up in TO as you know and downtown there is no 'normal' Canadian. The entire world is represented on the streets. if someone asked me to draw a picture to represent a Canadian I wouldn't know where to start. but she'd have long dark hair and wear thigh high lace up latex boots

I don't get your references to bio-spirit (I goog'ed it and threw in a keyword twice and all I came up with was a day spa so I'm guessing something metaphysical) but absolutely systems are creations of people. who are not determined by biology or culture. meaning we can change them. think of the different stages of capitalism over time. we are not defined by our bodies or backgrounds in shaping the world to work for all of us
again insane to me, we have the power to change all this in some of the wealthiest nations in the world and we don't

This is the kind of thing that is demoralizing whites. They might not consciously admit it, but that's the worst thing - it has an unconscious effect that they can't admit, for fear of being labeled racist.

the capitalization for me is a deliberate act. not really a big fan of capitals so I use them for names, places and people to show respect. right now not sure whiteness as a concept (reified as in real in consequence rather than DNA, same as all the colors and shades we label each other) deserves that. I can't personally support how white pride shows itself right now. being real it scares me and I'm very thankful neither myself or anyone I care about is exposed to it
Black and Brown and Indigenous are political positions to me and when society comes around so that ish is equal in the present I'll lower case those too. if it makes someone uncomfortable I'm cool with that. if it means demoralizing white people who don't bother to ask why I capitalize some words and not others or choose to feel threatened by an upper case B rather than read my words that's kinda on them
but because you're you here it is; White =p
seriously though my stance is not anti-white. I love my white dad as you know, have a close white friend (I am smiling as I type that just for the reverse of the stereotype) and to most of the world I'm seen as a white person. I don't wear my family or community on my sleeve. it's more when I get to know people that they get I did not grow up in a white home. hence paleface
but it pisses me off that my life is so much easier just cuz I take after him in terms of skin color. I'd be the exact same fucking person if I had darker skin and brown eyes but would be treated so differently. my life has been so much easier just cuz of the way I look. that is fucking insane. for me there is no pride in that. this is not a system worthy of work to sustain

it's not a crime to have a position as long as it doesn't hurt anyone, or incite others to do so. but yeah, you kinda live in a police state with all that surveillance. you and NA racialized peeps have that in common, just there the surveillance is cops rather than cams. but something in common. perhaps something to build on
