I am getting stem cell therapy on monday...the future has arrived...

interesting shit on monday...I will get liposuction and if they manage to get a few million stem cells from the little fat I have they will inject it in to my absolutely destroyed shoulder and knee...I am lucky that no ligaments are completely torn, it is just heavy mechanical damage from decades of martial arts...I am talking about complete regeneration and recuperation, with no surgery (other than the gay liposuction)...it is all done in one day...then it will take anywhere from 3-6 months for the joints to heal...

this is interesting because I have mechanical damage from every possible side and angle and I am their most complicated patient so far...if they can heal me then it is nothing short of a miracle...surgery was not an option because theres simply too much shit wrong and they would have to cut bones and insert shit and reconstruct shit and I would have a 50/50 chance of ever being on the mat again...it is a complete miracle if they manage to heal me with just lipo and injections...

if they manage to heal me, you can bet that any mechanical/orthopedical problem is a thing of the past...it can not heal a complete tear or amputation but if you are just worn out mechanically, this is a god send...

or I will turn in to a fly like jeff goldblum and climb walls and spit acid...we will see...

I will know in 3-6 months...so far all patients have had great results and a friend of mine did it a week ago and I will have 2 definite results to report...we are both fucked up beyond real repair so it will be a miracle if this works...the doctor cares only if he can extract enough stem cells from me...he is optimistic that if he can get enough then there is no worries...the machine needs like 5 hours to extract my cells...then I get injections the same day...

I messed up my shoulder a couple of years ago and the pain got to the point that every time I rolled over in my sleep it would wake me up. Anyhoo, I read about the anti-inflammatory properties of Rooibos and gave it a shot and have not had an issue with my shoulder since - except when I stop drinking the Rooibos, then it comes back.

its not so much the pain as it is the weakness...I am super heavy weight and I get all the big opponents and they are all trying to break me in some way...a knee bar would end horribly for me...

I need a new knee and this seems to be the solution...sci fi shit IMO...they are turning adult stem cells now in to embryonic stem cells! this opens pandoras box a LOT...the tech is still not there yet but it will be massive...

yes theres some russian system guys down here as well...they have the foam suits and foam weapons and practice tons of real world shit...the closest training I have had to this is krav maga...short bursts of jabs,elbows,knees,groin kicks, eye gouges, hammer fists to the neck and other nasties...single and multiple opponent life and death kind of stuff...I do grappling now...I like going club to club and sparring...all the grappler/bjj clubs have an open mat policy...the judo and wrestler guys stop by as well...its the best thing ever IMO...
