doesn't matter... those shithole countries are in an economic war because of the demand for drugs. when those farmers in mexico killed the cartels the gov wanted to kill the farmers.
they have good people in south america. they are now going to have to face those demons in their homeland. i think the usa should help them get things on track so they can live where they came from and visit here when they want to not because its not safe where they are from.
