To add, I've searched other DMCAs this company has performed and SOME are actually done well with specific information. The one that hurts my site has been half assed with no valuable information to help me -> help them with the take down.

They are the biggest model scam in the industry. Providing no value to the performers they take money from each month.

This works well for us. Switch out terms of service citing for whatever service the model was on.

We only host the photo offered to us by the service. We do not host videos.

According to the terms of service https://chaturbate.com/terms/ the models in question have released to Chaturbate the right to use their content for promotional purposes (section 7.b). According to section 32.a Chaturbate has given our company the right to use this promotional material to draw in clients through their affiliate program. These models should have asked Chaturbate to remove themselves from the promotional materials program and we would have been notified by Chaturbate to remove them. They have not done so.

The models are welcomed to use our DMCA contact form and we WILL remove their content based on their DESIRE to have it removed. Had they reached out to us directly it would already have be removed.

I fail to see the business in this thread, just someone making a post that explains to everyone here he has a tube site, that's it. Whatever he said after are recycled situations he might have or not, we will never know. If he wanted to make a point, he would have dropped it in the forums where models hang out, and that's not here.

I filed 3 counters to the 3 I received and all my urls got reinstated. I know 3 urls is a small request but it's annoying.

This is an adult board so maybe someone would know someone from there and tell them to actually DMCA an actual URL (related to the main page the content is on). I know some of their team does it properly with other similar sites, I'm just saying if you want something taken down, state the exact URL so I know what the fuck they're talking about. Simple.
