hubtraffic is leaps and bounds ahead of all the rest; they have the best content, the best data, the best API, the best rates. their content has much, much higher CTR on my sites than anyone else. I make 5x more from hubtraffic than what I make from other programs
most tubes have an affiliate program though. the biggest are xhamster and tubecorporate. Some others: beeg, anycash, tubealliance, porntube.com, gotporn, analdin, sunporno. drtuber, eporner, megatube.xxx...you can always just check out the top aggregators (tubegalore, iwank, etc) to see who they index
IMO your best option is focus on hubtraffic and then find other revenue sources (cams, skims, etc)
