Again.... The agreement states something along the lines of "If car manufacturing employees are not paid a minimum of $16/hour US, their products will be subject to a certain percentage tariff". The car manufacturers will have a choice between paying their employees a lot more or passing on the costs of tariffs to Americans.
I understand it's difficult for you to understand. Trump unfairly put a tariff on cars made in Canada and Mexico, remove the tariffs in an attempt to get this passed in Canada and Mexico, and the end result is... A new tariff will go into place.
Americans will paid more for American cars made in Canada and Mexico.
Do you understand now?

Who gives a shit about cars made in Mexico, make them here. Again, all you have is conjecture. Saying I don't know what's going on doesn't make you all knowing. We don't even know everything that's in the agreement because it's not finished yet, but somehow you know, I call bullshit.

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
think about that
