What Webmaster Tools do you NEED!!! ((pics))

I know sometimes guys need a little visual to get them going, or maybe a quick "time out" to energize them for the rest of the day, if you are east coast, and to start your day, if you are west coast, so I'll post pics of hotties throughout the thread!!! See how much I really do care!!!

Okay now to my point, I would like to know what webmaster tools you look for in a program. What tools can you just not live without, what tools help you make the most money, what tools save you time, what tools are your favorite???

Oh and as promised a pic of a hottie:

Exporter including models' full names...

Also the ability to export the fhg's in any order you want, i.e. model|description|url

Being able to export all sites in a program at once is a plus too.

NP, had to pass on a few larger sponsors because they either didn't have exporters, our model names were just "Ashley".

Makes it a nightmare to have to manually go through every FHG to figure out where it belongs... would rather just move on to another sponsor.

As a webmaster I would want good RSS feeds, that update daily (key). Try and get those wordpress whales.
Good text, nice samples.

Hosted galleries.

Full videos to chop up.

Ready made exit consoles, promotional mailers.

Geotargetted ads are nice, chatbots can work.

I am not a fan of the flash peel away ads, but some are good.

Here's some good tips listed here

Look at loadedcash, occash, and some of the other big players.

Anymore tools you guy love, want, need, etc...

There has to be tons of tools you guys can't live without. I am curious to know what tools have become apart of webmasters lives, that weren't offered in 2003. I know when I first started in this industry a lot of the affiliates I worked with had to basically build everything themselves, and now program owners make everything available to webmasters to help them make the most they can out of their products!!!
