    buying a new camera

    My old rebel bit the dust..what is the really the amount of Mega pixels for photos for the internet? (not Facebook, snap, Instagram..etc..) but for sites. like is 15mp perfect or 24mp?

    Just steal whichever cameras closest to the door at the job. If its good enough, sorted ! If not, go and do the same at another store. That way you can try a wide variety of cameras to find out which is best for YOU...

      Min 19.4 Megapixels Minimum of 3,600 X 5,400 pixels

      Minimum get an Canon 80D. Works well.

        camera model is secondary, most important is the objective you have/buy. I know a content-producer that shoots a lot of his content with a Sony A5100, but uses his pro-objectives that fits (use adapter)

              minimum is 19mp, no less, and you want a quality camera with decent lens or try something like...

              Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ1000 — Mirrorless Journey

              there´s also the fz2000 if you don´t want to buy loads of lenses...


              we edit out photos for our higher grade sets to 2000x3000 now and there´s still some sites that do larger

                absolutely, but do remember, this is your income, your business, so look at your budget, then go without something over the next couple of weeks and add another 200 to the budget, you´ll be so happy you went without those couple of nights out or lobsters, you can have them again next month
