Hillary would have won by far more than 3 million votes if "all" votes were counted. It still wouldn't have overturned the electoral college but it would have shown even a bigger spread in the popular vote.. |
Imagine in the future , maybe 2020, where a candidate wins the popular vote by more than a 20 million vote margin, and the electoral college installs the one who lost by 20,000,000 votes. How bad is it going to get before people start rioting in the streets question how bad is it going to get before they dismantle the Electoral College?
