While I think it is childish, the fact remains you don't poke a stick at a sleeping lion just because you can do it over the safety of the internet. when i was in college i was selling these ebooks on ebay for $5 a piece (yeah, i was one of those guys) and some jackass kid kept threatening me that if i didnt send him his PS2 that he bought for $5 he was going to come to my house and kill me.
first, it clearly stated you were not getting a ps2, it wasnt a scam but if you were that stupid, you deserved to loose $5. so he called my college to get my info. i tried to be nice and show him what he bought and translated the english into retard so he could read it and even refunded his money.
then a few hours later i get an email that has my info that the school released (name, major, etc. no addy or anything) and demanding if i dont give him the PS2 he is going to come to my school find me and kill me.
moron even gave me his home address so I called the local police and they went to his house. i just got back from teh bar and I get a call from the police in his town asking if i want to press charges on him. i said no, just tell him to leave me alone. then his dad gets on the phone to apologize that his 15 year old son was making threats

Usually that's true. Reminds me of a funny episode(s) of TUF. This one guy got on there saying he's been in 400 or so street fights, no one was gonna beat him, etc. Then when it was his turn to fight he got KOd hard in about 20 seconds.
