I have a paypal account from 2014 that uses a disconnected phone number for verification. an old number of mine for a specific use. so the verification code is sent to that number...
paypal tells me there is NO WAY to change that number. like wtf??? yup when I go though admin there are no options associated with the dead number, not even grayed out. just text... like there is for the current numbers I'm using.
any thoughts on that?
