Everyone who works in the White House were denied security clearances

Let me see if I understand this correctly... Twenty-five people who worked or works for the White House applied for security clearance and were denied and then over ruled by President Trump. Most of these people had no qualifications and no experience to work in the White House and the President - who has no qualifications and no experience in security matters or foreign policy - decided to over turn them.

The people involved include Jared (who has business ties to foreign countries), Ivanka (her only qualification is running a charity foundation illegally and a small fashion company), and Micheal Flynn who was removed from office after lying bout contacts with the Russian government.

This is insane. We have someone with no qualifications or experience giving security clearances to people with no qualifications or experience after security officials have denied them.

What could go wrong here?

Can someone please explain to me how Ivanka Trump - who isn't qualified to be a night manager at Burger King - has a security clearance?

When I said "everyone in the White House" I meant "nearly everyone of importance in the White House".

Most of the President's closest advisers were unable to get security clearances. Let's set aside the fact that none of these people are qualified to be in the White House.... His own daughter and her husband were unable to security clearances. Our government is being run by people who have zero qualifications and zero experience - none at all. What is Ivanka's qualifications - she used daddy's money to create a small fashion company where she ripped off everyone else's designs? What else? She a ran her daddy's charity foundation (where the broke every law possible and it was shut down?). This woman shouldn't be allowed in the White House no less working there. Her husband is even worse - he owes billions to foreign governments.

National Security Adviser John Bolton... Couldn't get a security clearance. How would you consider someone who is denied a security clearance for such a position?

It's not a criteria for security clearance. But someone who is completely unqualified for any job (ANY job) in the US Federal Government should not even be considered for any kind of security clearance.

There is ZERO reason for Ikanka Trump to have security clearance. None at all. She shouldn't be in the White House unless she is visiting her father. What exactly is her job, and what exactly has she done? Her job is very vague, she seems to have nothing to do, and has accomplished nothing other than passing a small little noticed bill about childcare.

Other than moving an embassy and pissing off everyone in the middle east outside of Israel, Jared hasn't done anything either.

how come nothing came form the investigation of the healthcare market place website that cost a billion dollars and did not work and still doesn't .

My thread title was "Everyone who works in the White House were denied security clearances". It should have been "Twenty-five people who work closely with the President in the White House have been denied security clearances".

Do you see the difference between the two? Both convey the same message, but one is a lot shorter and more proper for a thread title.

But hey, whatever, you can debate healthcare or thread titles instead of discussing the hard cold truth....

Dozens of people who shouldn't be in the White House for any reason now have security clearances although they were originally denied security clearances.
