We are already in talks with gary from juicyads.
The plan is to try and give you guys the oppurtunity to add not only "links" for your 50% share of the hoverad on your embeds, but to have an option to insert either iframes or javascript from juicyads. The plan is to closely work together with juicyads in setting this up for you all, since we see a lot of people asking for it and we both think it has lots of potential.

As soon as we have more info on this, we will let everyone know. But for now, if you like this idea let US know.

How about the ability to have more than one affiliate link so we could send hits to more than just the one sponsor. I like the idea of the Juicyads too that would make some people some good $$$
Would also be good if we could see how many hits our own websites are sending to your movies and our uploaded movies.

The tube is nothing innovative or special.

Why don't you put a place holder on the top and right of the site there where it says "Your advertisement here" Looks kind of like no one is interested in buying your ads!

why would anyone buy advertising on a tube that has no traffic?

Obviously if he could make a profit from it, he'd run his own ads. Shit like this makes me laugh when people are simply trying to sell traffic rather than try and advertise something to make money with.

But maybe a feature where 1 user would be able to ad more then one affiliate link to his account to choose from would be something?

Indeed your right, it would be easy to place a holder instead of the advertising "wanted" banner. But we had some reasons (some might be better then others) not to do that. One of those was to show everybody we are looking for some HQ advertisers for a longterm relationship versus slapping on any ad/banner there and have advertisers think spots are sold. Another reason was because we wanted to keep it as clean as possible, and check our ratios and the sponsors ratios on the videopages to see which ones are doing the best. Maybe not the best of all reasons, and maybe we will indeed be having some sort of advertising there (like we did just now with the adyea cpm banner).

Generally we are taking it slow and arent in a big rush to just put some ads there for others to think we are all that, and rather have the potential advertisers contact us and show them what good spots we have for the best rates in town Its a choice we made: Giving more exposure to the fact those spots can be hired, and sending out the adsheets.

And if i may say so honestly, a lot of people have contacted us just from seeing that there are spots open. And i dont have to spam the forum daily (although i have another thread ready to give it a bit more exposure )

Im not sure if you noticed, but those banners on all the videopages? Its going to sponsors.

If i wanted to sell you traffic: 500k for 2000usd, from a completely different site doing 180-200k uniques daily, or 50k for 200usd on another completely different site doing 90k uniques daily.

Yes well we might be changing that soon, sponsors are able to upload their videos, and that will stay for sure though

The hoverad is the main feature, and part of why we are getting embedded this much. Its the advantage we give webmasters over using illegal videos from sites like <youknow>.
What we can do, is change it a bit. Any ideas what you would think is a better ad there?
