Other than flashing ads on my ad network ($100.00 a mo), no other income. I never had turned on the membership processing for the site. I was mainly working the niche market, and SERP to push sales to main site. All you need to do is get processing turned on. Site is designed, coded, set up, already some decent SERPS, traffic and ready to go.

Celebrity Site One

Also is flashing ads for ad network sales. However, it is a monthly membership site. So you have 1 time, and recurring membership as well.

A note for the celebrity site(s).

The way I currently run them is like this.

Celebrity Site One
1. I update my main celebrity DB.
2. Whether I upload 30 or 300, only 28 new celeb updates released a day.

Celebrity Site Two

1. When I am saving pictures for celebrity site one, and find something applicable to celebrity site two. I save it with a qualifier, like -nude, -sole, etc.. The CRON job that runs at night will sort the images with the qualifier to the second site and update it's DB accordingly.

2. If I do not find new -nude (or whatever) for secondary site. Then CRON job will 'unlock' a set number of pictures for 28 celebrities so the site looks as if it was updated daily. It shuffles database accordingly.

I never manually update the second celebrity site, although I could through the admin. I have it working like a slave off the main celebrity site, and DB using qualifiers, and CRON job.

It takes me roughly 1-2 hours a day to do the update(s). I am passionate about my celeb sites. So for me, I enjoy the search and collecting new pictures. However, you could easily do the bare minimum and handle it in an hour. I leave the choice to you.

In regards to the processing for the celebrity sites. They run through Verotel.

When I had sold my old celebrity site (C.F.O.) last year for $75k, instead of starting new sites under my master old one. I started new sites individually so that, should I sell later, I can simply sign off the account and they make a simple, smooth members, transition (i.e. keeping recurring memberships).

Obviously, whether two members or two hundred, that is an advantage. I could not do it last year because I had all my sites (at that time) under one account. There was no way to split them off and retain members.

Anyway, for new buyer(s) I can simply sign off that account, and give it to the new owner. This would include existing members, as well as my 6 month rolling reserve for that account.

Another note in regards to the celebrity sites I sell , I have a custom built application that helps you keep track of your archive and make sure you do not have a shit load of fucking dups.

Obviously with content of this magnitude you have to have some way to know what you do, and do not have. I have a fairly good memory, but even I can't always remember. I know my assistants have found this a great tool for updating when I am busy or out of town.

It is a simple application that I can type in the celebrity's surname and tell me if I have them in the archive (for new people) or will pull up the archive for existing. I can then scroll down the thumbs and see what all I have and know if I have that picture or not. Which is a great convenience at times for sure, and for the new owners of the site(s).

I do not offer it with the celebrity site guarantee I offered earlier this year because the cost was so low. At $1500/1500 buy in, and 6 months support, you are only going to get so much hand holding on top of a guarantee.

However, on the celebrity site deals that are bigger dollar, I do not mind throwing in that added tool for your convenience (if wanted). It is web based, so you just pull it up in your other browser window when collecting pictures, or when needed.

I sold one last year for a nice profit after two years of work, and had gotten it up to 200+ members in that time, and before selling it.

Celebrity Site One has a decent member base, with recurring. It can easily increase your membership with some marketing. Celebrity Site Two is a niche focused celebrity site, but it is ready to go. It just needs final approval from Verotel to start processing memberships. Swap out YOUR ID on the join page, and you're off.

While you could always charge more, I have never charged more than $14.95/16.95 for a monthly membership. I have also never charged below that. Nor offered any trials. I do however offer a 6 month discounted membership where they get it for $9.95.

I do not update Celebrity Site Two manually. It updates via CRON job. So it goes like this...

1. I save a picture FrancksFakeNick1-sole.jpg
2. The picture is saved, and later uploaded into my main DB.
3. That picture updates in Celebrity Site Two when the CRON job runs.

I also had a celebrity nude site I was toying with. It would pull pictures from the main DB based on.... -nip, -clam, -tits, -nude, and so on. Any picture saved with the additional qualifier would update on the main DB, as well as a secondary site.

So at one point, while I only updated one main site and DB. I was actually updating three sites at once via script and CRON jobs.

If I did not save enough pictures that day WITH a qualifier for the secondary site(s). The script would then 'unlock' two pictures for 28 different archived celebrities. So it would appear the site was updated daily.

When a site was updated with fresh content. Those newly updated pictures are 'unlocked' and available for 24 hours. After that, they are archived. Thumb is still visible to all surfers. But if you click archived picture, you get the join page. Those 'unlocked' had a colored border around them to show archived from freebies.

Anyway, the point being. If you had both sites, you are only updating one. The other self updates. You just have to save pictures accordingly. You can do the same for a mainstream site, and then save nudes same way. Second site doing ONLY nudes. Working two sites, one DB.

I did it the way I explained so I could set up SERPS differently, and market the site(s) differently trying to work different angles, and niches. Obviously making it the easiest for me to maintain daily updates.

Well, unfortunately with bigger dollar deals only around 5-15% can afford them. So it tends to be a waiting game. A lot of people contact me on almost every deal I post. However, not everyone can afford them.

Some want to trade a service, site, whatever. Others cash and trade. But I am looking for cash money. So it comes down to who has money first, and can pay first.
