    Can you login to Pimp Roll?

    For some reason I can't login to my account. I've been an affiliate with them for years. I was just wondering if this was a global issue or what?

    I wrote to their affiliate support but their affiliate support sucks. I never get any replies whenever I write to them. Great program, shitty affiliate support. So anyone else having login problems?

                              I've been with PimpRoll for years and have never once had an issue with affiliate support.

                              Always very friendly and very helpful. Top notch in my book.

                                  And it wasn't just this time, it's always been in the past I never get a reply. Furthermore when Homegrown signed up a couple weeks ago, Joel had to come on the boards here to get help from affiliate support. Sorry the truth hurts, sheesh.

                                      Yeah he took care of it by icq'ing me about it which you could have done just as easilly. My icq number is clearly posted in our support area and although I'm not online 24/7 I do respond to everything that comes my way as soon as I log back on.

                                          Thank you for your help. My apologies if I was harsh. Like I said, in the past, I have not received replies to all of my issues and I have been an affiliate for YEARS and I'm constantly in your top 100 affiliates so it has been frustrating.

                                          However Kathleen in billing, she is top notch. Always replies promptly.

                                          Pimp Roll is a great program everyone. Recommended.

                                              As I said, if you have an issue that is in need of immediate response icq is the best way to get a hold of me, pornosells.com is our support board and It is also another means to do so. Our email system is often clogged with spam and people trying to sell us stuff so sometimes the wait for mail can take a little longer to get a response--however it still gets caught up and taken care of in a timely manor.
