"The Jesusita fire, revived by winds, spread to at least thirty homes in Santa Barbara, as firefighters worked to contain the blaze Wednesday evening.
Reporting overhead in Sky 9, Larry Welk said "home after home after home" was going up in flames.
Residents who fled 2,000 nearby homes were urged to keep away as the new round of gusty winds fanned it back to life."
