                              That bill is in response to the girl that committed suicide because another girls mother posted some very derogatory things about her... the girl that killed herself was obviously in need of help... but I don't think this bill will make it through committee.

                                              Yep, and I feel for that mother and agree that she should pursue charges.. against the perpetrator of the incident. Which unfortunately for the mom, wasn't the medium, it was the woman who persuaded her daughter that the world would be better off without her.

                                              I mean it would literally make a place like GFY or facetwitspace responsible for, not what people TYPE, but how a reader FEELS after reading!
