Poor choice of words sure. I'm just so fed up with the gfy retards. I honestly don't have the patience for them and thinking about the right choice of words when they post something so utterly stupid. Why would anyone start a fake drama thread like this? If I was in this situation, I would definitely be humbled by it, but not you. Life lessons are interpreted differently per individual. Learning experiences mean nothing if you don't learn from them. Perhaps this is why this person(s) targets you and your company, repeatedly.

The mods can ban anyone, for anything, anytime they want.
It would be nice to see the mods (or at least one of them) grow a set of balls and ban this guy. I guarantee you if the guy had threatened to take down Playboy or one of the RealityCash sites, he'd be toast right now. But since he threatened to take down a site that competes with Playboy & RealityCash, the mods just turn their heads and look the other way. If that doesn't spell out how unfair & unbalanced these mods think - nothing will.Comment

It is a lot harder than you think chum.
I have recently been dealing with it myself. However in my case, I was not a lone wolf effected (DDoS) and complaining. I had hundreds of thousands ('Joe Job', mass spam reputation attack) doing it. So in that regard, it was nice because the volume forced the issue.

I would be extremely fearful of my earnings especially when the same individual accessed your database once before. Raped and pillaged your content. Read sensitive correspondences. It would warrant extreme concern.

You know what... I've attacked Shap in some sort of way in the whole HardSexTube.com thread because I didn't agree with what he was doing, but I do believe in people making mistakes and bettering themselves because of them.
Shap, good luck and I may not do much biz with you now, but I plan too with the huge project I'm working on and I will continue to keep that in mind no matter the outcome of this thread.

You don't ban someone to impress. You ban someone for the good of the community.
To allow some coward to come on here and continually threaten to illegally take down industry sites and not ban the guy...is cowardly in itself. Either the mods support this type of illegal activity or they don't. If these threats were geared toward the mods interests, the guy would be toast. Since it's geared toward a competitor, the guy is free to continue his threats. Doesn't get much clearer then that in my eyes.Comment
