Traveling to near Boston today we took route 495. I’d never taken it as I came from a different direction. I noticed a parking lot of trucks along the highway. All open backs, all well used, some brand names like FedEx and Walmart. I counted seventy-eight trucks backed in. I was damned curious where they were. End of building and a huge logo lit up at 2:00 pm.

78 trucks sitting and doing nothing. I’m assuming that it’s opening soon and they bought used trucks for shipping. I hadn’t heard of them going to that area. It was near Berkley and Fall River and twenty minutes from Taunton. I haven’t looked it up yet but that’s not an industrial area at all. I’m thinking they bought a big lot of trees and built a warehouse.
The exit off the highway was about four miles away and I’m surprised they didn’t just build an exit ramp.
It’s a two lane highway and traffic will back up a long way I’m sure. I’ll stick to 195 and 6.
