LOL, they're getting what's due, finally.
So as well as bombarding ever site owner out there with spam emails every single damn day, they are blatant thieves too. I've had over 300 emails from them this year from their auto link script.
Shame they are ranking so well in google - perhaps a few (more) people would like to file some Spam reports to google, I'm sure that would hit them where it hurts.

Just an update for you guys....
I talked to one of the owners of HornyMatches and was assured that big changes were in the works. I was told that all promo pieces with content that they couldn't find a license for would be replaced within 7 days. A fee was paid for the usage of my work without a license. And, I was told that they would be in contact with Shap immediately to resolve their unlicensed content usage with him. All in all, it was a very productive discussion and I feel confident that they are on the road to making things right for anyone who has been done wrong by them.

you people crack me up. hornymatches.com is a $29.00 template from 1999 (which i know for a fact because i bought and have on a hard drive) that still has the same images etc as it did when they bought it and people are shocked they are lazy and taking shortcuts.Comment

Why do you have issues with the fact it's a template? It converts better than any other designs we tried - maybe because it actually looks amateur. Do you really think we cannot afford a better design?
We have whitelabels with great designs all over the place.
It must probably be the template that brought in the most $$ in the history of templatemonster

I on the other hand haven't been having any luck . I found some of my images in a print Magazine .. Sent a numb er of emails to them without respond. this has been over 2 years now so i let it go. Damn it's a real piss off when you see your work and you know that you never sold it to them.

The advertisements were rolled out to myspace, webpage ads (one screenshot a friend took was while he was reading an article on cracked.com), a reader e-mailed me that they saw the ad while browsing mininova.org, who knows where else. I agree that its been handled horribly, and not only should the content have been promptly removed, it should also never have happened. We use designers and theres a level of trust, and I don't know every girl out there nor do I check every banner, there are many people and many teams. It's not an excuse though so thats why I already said that we take responsibility for what has happened. I'm just going to make sure there are new processes set in place to prevent this in the future (like obligatory 2257 subdirs when you do design work for us), that's all I can do now.Comment
