BMW came in and revitalized everything.
The town I lived in was Greer. It was a dead little town. After BMW it now has a revitalized BEAUTIFUL downtown area full of bars, restaurants and shopping.

Dude, compared to a city like NY, Greer is a fucking corn field.
500 jobs coming to Greer or Greenville would have a way bigger impact than 25k in the NY Tri-state area.
