At 33 I began walking every day and eventually started running short trips under a mile at a time. Turning 34 this month, I have lost 40 lbs and run 5 miles like it's nothing, eating better and better.. cut out the soda and fast food shit.. blood pressure is normal now.. best shape of my life imho
