[WTS]Adult Tube Site: Over 50k uniques per month, Custom Template!
Selling my Adult Tube Site:

Stats: On average 1500 uniques per day, and 15k pageviews per day. Have only been promoting the site hard since February. Userbase is growing everyday, about 8 new sign ups each day, totally 435 active users.
Traffic: An unheard of 75% of my traffic is coming from search engines. I have done alot of on and off page seo to this site. Site ranks extremely high for the keywords indian sex videos, desi sex videos, indian porn, desi porn, free indian porn, free desi porn.
Traffic comes from all over the world. The breakdown is approximately:
-45% from India
-21% from USA
-7% from UK
-2% from Canada
-2% from Australia
The USA and Canadian traffic are increasingly daily as more of my seo tactics take effect. Like I mentioned before, I have an unheard of 75% of my traffic coming from Search engines. Imagine what you could do with all that fresh, new traffic each day???
Script: Site is running on Clipshare Pro 4.1 ($199 value), and uses Darkmatter Orange Template ($99 value). As you can see the template is heavily modified to increase advertising space and click thru rate. You won't find the same template anywhere else online. Homepage, specific video pages, and video search pages have all been modified. 216 videos have been added.
Revenue: About $100 per month with Black Label Ads. This month is a bit less as I had some downtime during peak hours due to server issues. Testing out some AdEngage spots lately and this month should be $70. That brings total revenue to roughly $150-$200 per month.
Bandwidth: 800GB to 1TB per month.
Price: I'm having a hard time evaluating the site honestly, I have put 100's of hours of work into modifying the templates, getting the advertising spots perfect, etc.
As it is right now, its a diamond in the rough. I'm a strong believer in SEO, and have optimized this site perfectly. Roughly 75% of the traffic is coming from SE's. What that means to you is fresh eyes viewing the site everyday, and clicking on the ads. I need the money for my upcoming wedding, and it kills me to let this site go.
