Yes, people from the Islam world are so damn smart, that they would still be riding camels and cutting heads off (oh,wait!) if someone on the other side of the world didn't create combustion engine. That engine is not created from nothing, it is a result of knowledge,mining, math, physics and chemistry research, development, planning, exploration and answering to questions and eons of slow progress and evolution.
