I think you should give him a break.
His last Serbian solution was to bus males from ages 15 to 60 out to big pits and execute them by the 1000s.... with Serbs testifying at the Hague that they executed unarmed people until their fingers were too sore and too stiff to pull the trigger any more.
It seems he's getting better.
