He wants to add .008 percent to the budget, the only reason that the Dems can't have that happen is because they can't let him have another win, you know like an economy that even Obama is trying to get credit for and the scotus appointments? This is not about the wall, it's a pissing contest for the Democratic party and keeping a campaign promise for the president. Again, the Democratic party said a wall is immorral and a waste of money, the shutdown that they could have ended at anytime cost more than the wall itself, which is immorral? Or is keeping a campaign promise that got him elected immoral? Having a president that keeps promises , the Democratic party can't have that!

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
