I think i have it fixed now, I dropped the additional a records from the ns zone file and now realize that the domain sans ns1/ns2 would need its own zone like any other domain.

Your glue records and one name server is still borked.
If you've made updates it might take a while to propagate, check intodns.com in 24 hours and see if it's still reporting the same issues.
