                      After i got my first and only Ticket for distract driving $287 for holding my cell in my hand, i only use speaker on my phone since and i barely touch my cell when my truck is moving. In my city you don't go to court to negociate the tickets fines because the judge will come to you and Beach Slap you (jk) they have no pitty for Distract driving in my city.

                              They have test cameras here to start catching people, what was scary is the quality of the pictures they are able to take, no more leaving a bag of pot on the seat ;)
