The demand is insanely huge. Worldwide and to people these cameras probably shouldn't appeal to. They marketed it to Youtubers in China and a big chunk of the initial run went to Asia. Even though this camera is not at all a vlogging camera, they have marketed it as such. Not to mention, it's a great fucking camera.
The only people I know waiting are folks that have gotten them from places like B&H or Adorama had not so early pre sales. I cancelled mine, because at first...I wasn't that interested. I've been ordering from a small shop outside of NYC. Each time I've emailed for a camera, I've had one within a week. I've order 4 at this point and they've been spot on each time.
DJI software support has always been key for me. I've been eyeing the Tilta Gravity, since I have their Nucleus N unit on preorder already. But I keep going back to the DJI. I've had great luck with their drones and the original Ronin.
