They live in a community property state and bezos wealth is all amazon. He owns 16 percent of amazon, so she is intitled to half in theory. With 8 percent she would be one of the largest shareholders of amazon and the richest woman in the world. They have no prenup because he was just a guy when they got married they worked together in NYC.
