Google does not monitor its properties to find out of you are hacking their seo. It is against their tos, privacy policy and more. It would fuck them in the ass to do so because everyone who stop using their tools and avoid them like the plague.

I've had many people plead with me not to talk to them via gmail, make an seo plan in google sheets, etc... Google does not monitor their properties in order to find seo cheaters. They don't and never will.
