Mixing paid/organic traffic with bot/chat sales is definitely common practice, but even through rotating sponsors and masking through resellers this method is so agregious that I have a hard time believing they wouldn't burn through them pretty quick.

Charge backs are almost on automation these days.. Hard to believe anyone carding joins these days gets paid with any type of consistency/scalability. Which is why I would suspect a mid rotating/burning "back room" sponsor.
