Basically:
If you are the type that wants to throw up some FHG's and make $10K a month... not going to happen. That was everything before 2007.
After 2007 you now have to do work and be a business person. That might require capital, underlings, knowledge of your market, thinking outside of the box and preferring to watch Shark Tank and The Profit over The Bachelor and Two Broke Girls.
* with that last sentence carrying the most weight.
