I am not sure of the budget, but I was going to suggest $15,000 for a paysite frontend, backend (including member script), and affiliate program (using ccBill). I am not sure if this is too low, high, or average?

The scripts that you mention Zuzanna seem pricey. Not sure if that is normal?

The project is for bikini model sites (babes, teen, ass, & amateur) domains.

Not yet sure what my buyer is thinking, but I should learn more soon. I am not sure if he is going to shoot his own content and be hands on or if he is thinking of this as an investment only?

I was thinking of asking my buyer if I could be a consultant and help put this together for him. I personally think it would be a lot of fun & a great opportunity. I am getting board with domaining, but I have 4,000 domains. I would like to lighten the load and work with someone who wants to help develop my premium domains. I personally think I have about 2,000 domains that would make really cool paysites and about 2,000 that would be great free sites. But the whole thing has become so unmanageable for me & my domains are just sitting on sedo wasting away. And I spend all my time in renewals and no time having fun like other people in the biz. I've been domaining since 2002.

Anyways, I was thinking that I could be a valuable asset because I could use my domains as traffic generators and promote these new sites. So I am going to hope for the best just as you guys are and see what my buyer has to say. In the meantime I will keep plugging away and hope for the best everyday.

Sounds like you have a lot going on .. If you need any help with anything design/development wise. I'm always around.. I have bough lots of domains as well over the years. It get's addictive haha .. I think a few of those CMS give you a monthly option to use them.. You would have to look into that..

Thanks Zuzana! Your sooo right about being addictive . When I buy domains I think wow this would make a really cool website. But after I register the name, I don't look at it again until renewal time. It's terrible. What's worse is I don't buy names to sell, I buy because I want them & like them, but in reality it is way too much for one person. So I have to sell and then it becomes a total waste of time and money.

I may need to take you up on your offer. I really need to get away from sedo and do some sort of parking program for myself. I spend over 30k a year in renewals. It is just dumb the road I am on.

I started working on a (design) and with parking pages that something look like (this) but I am also thinking something like (this) may be more appropriate. I would like to promote ccBill sites (mainly because I will get paid) unlike nats programs where you have to make a couple of sales before you get paid. And I would like to sell hardlinks & banner ads for each site.

I did a test run and used my worst domains that had 0-1 hits a year according to sedo and I had about 300 TGP's going (with TGP Rotator & Autogallery) and within (6) months I was making about $1500 a month. But when Fucking Bush came along with his anti-porn crusade, I put everything on parking. Sedo is robbing me blind. Now I want to do something again, but I am finding it sooo hard get going again.

I would love to have a parking system that could handle a million+ hits a month, be SEO friendly, and look cool and not like a parking program. So I was thinking that the front-page would be SEO and the insides I could do from one site and do php includes. What I like about sedo is I can bulk add domains and volia I have a shitty site instantly. What I don't like about the design I listed above is it would take a year to do it all manually. Do you know of an affordable solution

One of the biggest things I didn't like about having TGP's was the time it took to enter, review, and make descriptions for galleries. It would take me all day to get 100 galleries in the system. That is why I am leaning towards something like I mentioned above.

Anyways sorry to ramble, but if you have a solution, I am all ears.
