I once had a bipolar psychotic episode that landed me a day in ER. I didn’t sleep for 4 days. I thought all my electronics were bugged I unplugged everything computers TVs toasters fridge stove. I coveted all the light fixtures in towels then freaked out in ER that everyone was recording me on their phones. Honestly living in a fishbowl is unhealthy.
