    funny thing is most muslims in these nations dont fight back because DEEP inside they look up to these religious police because in a sense they are fighting for their religion too

          That's not too bad. I just read an article saying a bunch of "suspected gays" in Iraq got their asses glues together and being fed a laxative. A bunch died and were denied access to hospitals because they were suspect of being gay.

          Now THAT's fucked up.

                                                      They fought to get the Taliban in. They know what they were doing and they wanted it. Like in Iran they kicked out one corrupt Westernized Government and put in it's place another form. They know if they break the rules they will get punished, they know they are adopting a moral standard more fitting the 11th Century then the 21st Century.

                                                      Maybe they do it because it's better for them than some corrupt Westernized dictator filling his pockets with our bribes. And that's the problem in many of these places. The rich in the cities do well and the poor get fucked. Should we be so surprised when they reject our standards?

                                                      Yes when they do something like 9/11 they should be hit back and hit hard.
