i want to create/own site like alohatube

you can do either, i've ranked sites using the tube site's cdn. Some tubes won't allow it, but the big ones (pornhub, xhamster, xvideos) will. The tube sites don't even use thumbnails anymore (it's all mouseover mp4 previews) so you're not even really using duplicate content. It'll lower your costs to use their CDN but some people would say it would hurt your SEO. Not really sure what I think.

Main thing you need is gonna be a unique script that runs fast and delivers good search results. Honestly if you can't code I doubt you can be successful w/o hiring an expensive programmer. If you can code you're probably gonna want to look into elasticsearch and you probably need to come up with a system where users clicks influence your search result.

how many servers you have for that tubesafari ?

well you can check out smartCJ, but I honestly don't see any sites using smartCJ ranking in google. it's all people trading traffic and I don't think there's much actual profit in that. Other than smartCJ you can use mechbunny (but again I don't see those ranking) or tube-ace (and again, I haven't seen any tube-ace sites ranking).

I really think you have to make your own script to rank with an embedded tube. if you're using someone elses script you have duplicate content with duplicate script. google won't like that.

tubesafari is one small-ish front end server (t2.large on AWS) and a couple of bigger backend servers (m4.xlarge I think) for elasticsearch and redis. But I have to spend more on server costs than most CJ tubes because the way I calculate related videos is computationally very expensive (but it works great and make my sites retain users really really well). If you were doing a site like alohatube (that doesn't have related videos) you could get away with 1 server. I also spin up an extra server once per night to do some data analysis (to make user clicks influence my search results)

I get a ton of DMCA takedown notices. Multiple every single day. I want to scream at these people, "IM NOT HOSTING THE CONTENT, YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME, GO AFTER PORNHUB!!!" But there's nothing you can do, just gotta remove the content.

I might recommend you use mechbunny for your backend/CMS, and code up your own theme and templates. That way your site will look new to google. I see so many sites running the default mechbunny theme and none of them rank. But with mechbunny your search results will suck, so you might also have to modify it to use elasticsearch, which would be hard.

it's not an easy niche to get into, that's for sure. I really think you should code your own script, it's not all that hard, the last one I made (Free Porn Tube - Sex movies, XXX, Porno videos | PornKai.com) only took about 80 hours, which is really only 2 weeks of work.

so about dmca, looks like its not autopilot site, you gotta keep eye on takedown requests too and follow them., but i guess following dmca is good as per google., so people wont file dmca with google and google wont penalize your site.

some suggestions becuase you have helped me.
1) get your site https - google like https
2) force all http users to https - same as above
3) in your embed codes use https:// or just use // - some contries have banned big sites, but they are accessible over https so your embed code will show them player instead of warning mesage.


can i start with single domain/site or i have to create network of sites to make it profitable ?

yeah my alexa is dropping because I ranked it with blackhat links. Got penalized in march 2017 and it's been in slow decline since then. That's why i'm making new scripts. But it retains users really well so the revenues are still really nice.

I know I should be using https in theory, I just don't think it matters that much for CJ tubes. a lot of the best ranking CJ tubes don't use https
