                                      I do not under stand the sentence. I am a firm believer if you purposely and intentionally murder someone you should get the death penalty. Why should this scum continue to breath. The victim on the other hand will never be able to take another breath.

                                              419 years is way less (1/3+) years; because of time off for good behavior; but then that gets reduced even more because of overcrowding and sentence reform laws.

                                              In other words : if his life sentence is overturned then he still has a life sentence because he will be dead before 139 years old.

                                                                  Because states like Texas abuse the death penalty and have been found to have executed innocent prisoners.
