Looks pretty good to me, $2.30/free profile is a nice payout. Don't forget it can take up to 2 weeks or so to get members to upgrade so that rate could go up over time.

Concerning the Profile Ratio...
If your traffic source is tgp/mgp/tube traffic the ratio are fine.

If it is ppc,socialnetwork,blog traffic then it its about 4x as bad as it should be.
