Remove everything from start up except defender, remove any bloatware apps, update and run defender, run windows update, do a sfc -

Who Crashed really helped me figure out I had a RAM problem. But I was lucky in that case. By and large I've noticed that blue screens will appear to be caused by all kinds of different things and it's untrackable. Meaning, you either live with the BSODs or you nuke the machine and start over with new hardware and a fresh install of Windows.

I tried everything under the sun with mine. I finally raised enough hell and the Microsoft Store replaced it. That was about 18 months ago. I just had to replace the battery as 4 out of the 6 cells were enlarged, total fire hazard. Dell refused to do anything about it. Over the weekend I dealt with Dell, Microsoft and Nuance. All pure crap customer experiences.
The recent Windows update was not taking on my computer. It would not install. Every hour my computer would ask need to restart.
I go to the Microsoft Store.
What do they say?
"You'll need to reinstall it then."
Awesome.
Your BS product is making me lose hours and hours of work because it can't install right.

In the past, I've had inexplicable BSODs that turned out to be something I wouldn't have considered. The PSU on my desktop was slowly failing, due to capacitors bulging. This, in turn, fucked up the motherboard over time due to irregular or inconsistent voltage. There was nothing to indicate any of this was even happening. Except for those occasional, inexplicable BSODs.
If you're able to peek at your notebook's motherboard, see if there's any capacitors leaking from the top. They'd look something like this.
