10tube & 10cam doesn't sound right phonetically but if you have no choice then 10tubes & 10cams.

Those domains were already taken, I assumed that he was speaking metaphorically and giving an example of a domain, but your right, never mention a domain that you haven't already picked up here or you might loose it

Normally I would say that Plural is better, but in this case, singular is the better choice in my opinion.
