He spent about 20 minutes with me getting everything work, even though some of it was beyond the scope of support (imap & mail server things)

He didn't put me on hold, he didn't ask for my credit card. He didn't escalate my issue to someone higher-up so I didn't have to re-explain everything again.

I challenge anyone here to tell me they got the same kind of support from the PC Manufacturer. For their 10 year-old PC. BAAHHSHADAP! I know you didn't.

Funny thing is, I have an android, and have never had an iPhone. I would ever want one either - Same for tablets. I have had multiple flavours of android tablets - Never an iPad - Never wanted one.

But whatever laptop or desktop I get in the future, its gonna be apple. No question of it. I am not an apple fanboy by a long shot - But I prefer them when it comes to computers 100%
