But to be fair, did I REALLY overpay? Got my iMac in early 09, and its never given me a single issue ever. I have not needed to purchase very much software (ie Antivirus) and as most things I need are built in and come with it, and I'm currently running High Sierra OS.
It works flawlessly as good as the day I got it... Who can say the same for a windows PC? Would something bought 10 years ago be able to run win 10 without issue? I doubt it... Even my 07 (Top End) Sony Vaio and my 09 HP (Mid Range) cant run win 10...
