With all due respect (this is not directed at you in any way) platforms making excuses for crime, viruses, invasion of privacy, etc. is complete bullshit.
When a platform has enough robustness to host everything that it does it has enough resources to police the platform. The excuse that "we are too big to take care of ourselves" is bullshit.
I'm not saying that CB does this. Any platform that says "we're too big and popular to take care of ourselves" should not be a platform.

Another note, with what you said, in a lot of ways I agree but I have found links to malware on Facebook and there are plenty of nasty links on Google, they are much bigger than Chaturbate is.
So, like I said, I pretty much agree with you but the reality is that none of the companies out there are doing a great job on that shit.
And yet agan, that is all strictly in my opinion.

Again, my reply was not about Chaturbate.
My reply was about ALL platforms.
If you're big enough to be a platform and take money from people, you're big enough to clean your own house. If you can't clean your own house, or pay someone to do it, you shouldn't be in business. Their should be government oversight and regulations on these websites that propagate all these viruses because they sure as fuck aren't doing it on their own fault when the government's forced to step in and we're all going to suffer when that happens. Europe has already started that ball rolling unfortunately.

In all fairness, they appear to have all been removed. Yesterday all of her 'overlay' links pointed to streamvoyage.com
I did this search yesterday at the time, and it was still in my browser history.
But like I say, all of the links are gone since yesterday. That link itself now leads to a suspended adf.ly pageComment

I did not go to the actual page yesterday. If someone tells me something is infected I don't push my luck.
I just sent the thread url and the info to Steve and support.
Not sure if support did something or if the model just realized something was wrong or what.
Glad it is cleaned up though.

But to be fair, did I REALLY overpay? Got my iMac in early 09, and its never given me a single issue ever. I have not needed to purchase very much software (ie Antivirus) and as most things I need are built in and come with it, and I'm currently running High Sierra OS.
It works flawlessly as good as the day I got it... Who can say the same for a windows PC? Would something bought 10 years ago be able to run win 10 without issue? I doubt it... Even my 07 (Top End) Sony Vaio and my 09 HP (Mid Range) cant run win 10...Comment
