    Problems with Paxum?

    What is going on with Paxum?
    Today I couldn't withdraw money from atm. I've tried a few different ATMs. Either I try to withdraw or check the balance I get the error: Transaction is unacceptable for this card or account.
    I also couldn't make any transaction with the card with pos terminal.
    (My account and my card status - ACTIVE, everything is ok)
    Does someone have any problems with the card?

    Also I sent the WIRE more than 10 days ago and have not received it, the support is silent.

              Can't withdraw to MasterCard, support doesn't answer support queries, Ruth is silent on the card issue. But each month my balance still keeps falling by $5.

                  Why can't Paxum have a service that actually works *most of the time? Withdrawals to Visa cards is not working for some time and now withdrawals to Mastercard is not working either. Support is ZERO. Why can't they hire capable people? :/

                              I am still waiting my temporarily card since May 2018.
                              But Paxum have some people who work for them in order to write here that Paxum is good.
                              You will see from them that Paxum will win again some bought prize.

                                  Yes, this year has not been good for Paxum and som users have seen and reported issues or problem.

                                      When I try to check my statement on trucash.com I get "You cannot use this card number on this site."

                                      Anyone else can give it a try?

                                                  My previous "Temporary Card" application was cancelled, and now i see a new application Paxum Prepaid Card (SEPA).
                                                  Perhaps this is for European citizens and the card balance will be in Euro.

                                                  Anyone else experienced the same thing?

                                                      Usually they use your local delivery companies to delivery mails with a card to your postbox.
                                                      Ask them to give a tel.number of delivery company. I am sure, your card is somewhere around)))
                                                      PS do not ask them 'what happened with my card?' they usually answers 'seems your card is lost, try to create a new card and pay $$$ for it'

Tried it but after the 2nd step where I have to enter my pwd I simply get redirected to https://www.trucash.com/default.aspx. I'm sure my pwd is good cause when I enter an incorrect one it tells me so.
