                          This is now a pull, not push, economy and porn buyers are tired of being fed what BRO programs think they want instead of what they really are asking for. You just have to face the facts that the content buying game, the selling of porn (online or business in general) is moving to a more tailored solution.

                          It is not all about niche. It is about listening to your member base, and getting them their requests, or tailoring your content to their demands. Not feeding them same ole same ole and expecting them to pay a premium for that.

                                                              The problem is many affiliate will still demand % that simply are not worth it. Last one I spoke to has a big Tube site and he wants 75%, I'm to upload 5-6 minute clips, BG is to have the cum shot, clips to be encoded with his domain.

                                                              He promises 5+ sales a day. I told him on 150 sales a week at $30 he will be on 75%. No he wants all this on 1 or 150 joins and at $2.95 or $29.95 a join.

                                                              Now there are sites doing what he wants, but how much is left for the site, running and filling it?

                                                              Not enough to give the customer a good crack. And there is why surfers are moving away from buying porn. We don't meet their needs.

                                                                                      Getting traffic is easy, yes easy, getting them to buy something is tough. If you have something that's hard to sell then you might convert 1-1000. Now to double your sales is it easier to to sell to 1 of the 999 people who clearly are not interested in buying or get another 1000 people?

                                                                                      I find it easier to get more people to buy than get more people who don't buy.

                                                                                      Others are convinced the customers will not buy and the only solution is to get another 1,000. Today there are not another 1,000 people to be had, unless you take them from someone else, who will in turn take them from you.

                                                                                      So we all spend too much time and money trying to grab traffic from each other rather than spend more on selling to the traffic we already have.

                                                                                      Does it work? Look around you and tell me it's working.

                                                                                      But there will always be one sponsor who tells us his sites are doing better than even.
