Server errors, 404's etc are no reason to suddenly announce (or question) if a company is closed. They could be moving servers, updating dns's, who knows.
When we moved our servers back in February we had to setup new DNS's ahead of time, create a page announcing we were down for a few hours, then physically move all of our servers. Customers saw "Sorry, busy, back soon" message and nothing more.
I know Verotel's in the news lately but I've met a few of those guys in person and they're all GREAT PEOPLE. Regardless of the disagreements that some are having with them, they don't deserve to be trashed on the boards.Comment

And the fact that I met them is relevant because they care alot about their product and services, and went out of their way to help us many times.Comment

I use CCBill .. Vertoel and GTBill in my cascade in that order .... and to be honest ..aside from their little bit higher rates .. I constantly get more joins approved through them and rebilled religiously ..better than any of my other processors ..
They are a nightmare to deal with being in the total worst time zone compared to me but once your set .. they are great .. NEVER an issue ..No sig .. just meComment
