Is there any straightforward way of/service for transferring between PP and EP? If not could someone please IMMEDIATELY set up a business to facilitate such transactions for a 1% skim or something.

Janak - OTerror has such a service not 1% but it is there. There are others who have similar service as well. I do the same thing - ie help people out if they need it.

I have a domain in long term storage ...CashTransferService.com ,if someone would like to pay a fee of just $50 a year l would be happy to point it and fix up the email side so it can be used for such service.

Maybe better than trying to remember different names and nicknames and looks more professional and business like !

I messed up on my part on this one (ie I undercharged you) - but as I told you a deal is a deal. And I want people to respect deals even if they mess up. It is my lose but I respect the deal we had.
I refused your offer for the extra because we had a deal

I hope others in the biz will do the same ie respect deals as they are even if they do a mistake.
