                  I have five.... office, bedroom, family room, and both garages. I love the ones in the garage; Great when you are working on stuff, etc. I use them every day too. Mostly for listening for music, the news, timers, alarms, lists.....

                  If you install the music app you can use it to play music too. You just say "Alexa, play..... " Really handy in the car.

                      I do all of that with my phone. I will admit, I almost never have background music on.

                              Just stole 2 fire kids edition tablets for the Grandkids at Xmas. They have alexa built in, but I have not personally got anything with alexa in it.
