1) Almost all government in Russia are gays. Only in the USA anal sex (including gay one) was a crime till 2000s, not in Russia (we have no single anti-gay law here). So you have confused something, man. So educate yourself:

2) Being sober is norm today. The modern generation in big cities drink very rarely. For example, my son is 24 and he doesn't drink at all. Even a beer.
